One WhatsApp number, your whole team on it, and an AI assistant that answers from your knowledge around the clock. And you see everything.
From the first message until the customer buys, and comes back.
It answers from your knowledge and product catalog, and learns from every edit your team makes to its replies. When it isn't sure, it hands over to a human instead of guessing.
Everyone has their own login and permissions, and every reply shows who wrote it. Chats, groups and all your numbers in one dashboard.
Write down what sets you apart, the offer for hesitant buyers, and your competitors and their prices. When a customer says "it's cheaper elsewhere", the assistant politely answers with your strengths, without badmouthing anyone or inventing discounts. Every week, AI analyzes your customer messages: price objections, competitors mentioned, reasons for hesitation, and suggests what to do next.
Voice messages are transcribed and answered.
With photos and prices; the assistant sends the photo of the product being asked about.
Stages, a full history of every reply and file, and automatic follow-ups.
A question nobody answered? The person in charge gets a mention.
Each agent's response time, who's waiting, and reply quality every week.
Messages are kept even if deleted, with a full copy on Google Drive.
Everything your business needs on WhatsApp, without stitching tools together.
A sample of how it replies. In real use, the assistant answers from your own data. Try "I want to talk to someone".
WhatsApp Business is fine for a small shop that answers on its own. With a team and lots of customers, the difference is big.

Compared with the free WhatsApp Business app. Its features vary by country and change with updates.
If one stops, the next takes over. Start free with a free key, no credit card needed.
Start with a trial and scale up when you need to.
The essentials you'll need from day one.
In Admin → WhatsApp click "Connect number", then on your phone open WhatsApp → Linked devices → Link a device, and scan the code. Within a minute your chats start appearing, and your phone keeps working as usual.
In Admin → Users add each agent by email and choose the pages they can see: view only or edit. They log in with a code sent to them on WhatsApp.
In Business profile pick your type of work (sales, tech support and more). The system adapts wording, fields and customer stages to your business.
Create a free account at Google AI Studio or Groq, copy the API key, and paste it into AI providers. The system tests it and shows you the available models.
Open Chats, pick the conversation, and type your reply or press / for canned replies. Every reply is logged under the agent who wrote it.
Type a couple of letters in the search bar and suggestions appear: customers, numbers, messages, files. Search by name or part of a number.
In Groups see members, track unanswered questions, and turn on welcomes and anti-spam (links and numbers from outside the team are deleted and the sender removed).
In Bulk sending pick a list and write your message. It goes out in batches with limits that protect your number from bans.
In Bot → On/Off choose a mode: Drafts (the bot writes, your team reviews and sends) or Auto (it replies on its own when confident). Start with drafts for a week.
In Learning let it read your past chats, and add Q&As and files. Every time someone on the team edits a bot reply, it learns the style.
Set working hours and night-time quiet hours; each group can have its own schedule. If a team member joins the chat, the bot steps back.
Like #menu for the command list and #ask to ask the bot in a group. Create your own in Bot → Commands.
In Product catalog add your products with price and photo. The bot quotes prices from it and sends the photo of the product asked about.
Every customer has a profile with their stage, details, team notes and a log of every reply and file sent. Change the stage from the profile or the follow-up board.
Turn them on in the bot settings: the bot checks in with customers under follow-up every few days, at the hour you choose.
A daily report, a weekly report on each agent's response time and neglected customers, and a bot reply quality report, all delivered on WhatsApp.
Connect Google Drive in General settings and turn on daily backups. Your messages stay saved even if deleted from the phone.
No. You link your current number (regular or Business) with a QR code, like WhatsApp Web, and your phone keeps working as usual.
The bot answers only from your company's knowledge. When unsure, it writes a draft for your team or hands over to an agent. You can test it before going live.
Yes. Each agent has their own login and permissions, and the system shows who replied to whom.
Yes. It replies in the customer's dialect and understands voice messages too.
Every message is saved from the moment you connect, and older ones are pulled in as far as WhatsApp allows.
The connection uses a QR code like WhatsApp Web, not Meta's official API, so your number remains subject to WhatsApp's rules. Normal use with customers is safe, and the system has bulk-sending limits that protect your number. Spam and unwanted mass messages can lead WhatsApp to restrict or ban a number, which is the number owner's responsibility, as stated in the terms of use.
Yes, no contracts.
